| What will cars be like in 2020? How will their shape differ from cars we see today? What materials will be used in their construction and how will they be powered? Students were given an opportunity to bring their creative ideas for the future of cars to life in the VACC “Target 2020” competition. Entries were invited from Victorian Secondary School and TAFE and University students. |
| Short-listed entries were displayed at the Melbourne International Motor Show, February 9-19, 2006 First prize winners in each level of each category received $3,000 cash. Each first prize winner's school, TAFE or University also received $3,000 cash to be used for the purchase of consumables and equipment in technology department areas.
