FUSS OVER NOTHING?
NEW QANTAS LOGO
Ron Dyer, who with Tony Lunn
introduced the wingless kangaroo in
1984, was speechless when shown the
new design earlier this week. He
questioned why Qantas would waste up
to $100 million changing the logo on its
fleet for what he described as an
inelegant design.

VERY IMPORTANT:  CHANGE OF DATE
VCE Visual Communication and Design teachers:
The VCAA has changed the date for the school-assessed task (SAT) which is UNIT 4, Outcomes 1,
2 and 3.
Please put the date below in your diary now. Carefully plan when students need to
complete their work to give you time to assess it.
Information on all matters related to the administration of VCE assessment is published annually in the VCE
and VCAL Administrative Handbook and monthly in the VCAA Bulletin. Teachers must refer to these
publications for information on administrative procedures for School-assessed Coursework, the
School-assessed Task and the examination in Visual Communication and Design.
